We opened Witham Barn in 2003 and have been welcoming guests from around the world ever since. We are delighted to receive many return visits from guests each year, and look forward to welcoming many more in the future.
Stephen and Maria are usually available throughout your stay and are more than happy to help with any requests to make your stay with us even more enjoyable. Witham Barn is semi-detached from the main farmhouse so assistance is never far away. We are happy to help with any requests from recommending a restaurant or giving directions to the local attractions.

The Main Entrance and Courtyard
The entrance to Witham Barn features a gravel courtyard where guests have exclusive car parking and easy access to the lobby. All guests are greeted here and shown around the facility.
The Lounge
A lovely place to unwind after a busy day, the full height picture windows offer an unrestricted view over the rolling Witham Valley to the north. When it gets dark simply draw the curtains, stoke up the traditional woodburner and choose from watching the latest film on the DVD player or simply watch whatever is on the TV. The original wooden beams of the barn together with the traditional wood burner combine to provide Witham Barn with it's own unique charm. This is combined with modern conveniences such as full central heating to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable as possible.
The Dining Area
All meals are an occasion at Witham Barn! In the evening the dining area is the hive of activity as you discuss the day's adventures over a home cooked meal in the tranquility of the Lincolnshire countryside. The farmhouse table comfortably seats six people, but is provided with extension pieces for additional guests or perhaps to make room for that special banquet!
The Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen provides extensive facilities so that guests may create anything from a quick snack to a sumptuous dinner. All crockery, cutlery and essential cooking implements are provided within the modern units, along with washing and ironing facilities.
The Master Bedroom
The spacious master bedroom overlooks the quiet courtyard and features a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Master Bedroom - En Suite Bathroom
The luxurious en-suite bathroom provides bath with shower, sink and WC. Full facilities for the disabled are provided including a flat non-slip floor for easy access.
Guest Bedrooms
Witham Barn provides a pair of similar guest bedrooms, each overlooking the Witham Valley and offering twin beds and a shared bathroom.
Guest Bathroom
The guest bedrooms share a bathroom featuring flat and easy access to the shower and WC facilities.
